3.How many bag type you have?

→Except usual Stand up pouches, Spout pouches, Side gusset pouches, Quad sealed pouches, we also offer box pouches, which is the newest bag type nowadays.Contact us to learn more!

4.How do you print my design?

→As long as you provide your design in software (Preferred Accepted:Adobe Illustrator - AI, EPS or PDF formats. All text and fonts converted to outlines;Corel Draw - Export files as AI. All text and fonts converted to curves;Freehand - Export files as EDITABLE EPS. All text and fonts converted to paths; Be sure to include all necessary linked images at high resolution in CMYK color mode) .Design that is at the exact imprint size desired, positioned correctly on the die line, with all fonts outlined, with colors properly separated.

5.Will you offer free sample ?

→Yes,we will send you bags for free,However,you should pay some sample cost, and it will be 

 returned once you place the order.

6. How could I trust you?

→D.X.C Pack is established and authorized to plastic bags production field by China government since 2005. And we also have the third-party assurance proved by alibaba. 

7. What's the leading time of the production?

→Generally 3~7 days for sample making.

The lead time of mass production will depend on the quantity. About 20~40days.

8. How could I deal with the quality issue?

→If quality issue occurred, please rest assure, we will take responsibility to this situation. What you need to do is take some photos of defective and description the situation of it. This two movement is very important for us to analysis the reason of accident. For your information, D.X.C Pack prepared USD50,000 for dealing quality issues. So please keep patient and wait our feedback.
